Clasly

Terms of use

In effect from

Clasly is an information service. It republishes public auction notices and links to them; it is not a party to any auction, does not handle any money for a sale, and does not verify the property.

1. What Clasly is

Clasly shows facts from public auction notices published by banks, liquidators, recovery officers and government bodies, places them on a map and links each listing to its source. The notice and the seller's own terms govern every sale.

2. Clasly takes no part in the sale

  • We do not run auctions, accept bids, or collect, hold or route earnest money (EMD) or sale money. Pay only the seller, through the channel the notice names.
  • We do not charge a buyer's premium or any share of a sale price.
  • We do not act as an agent for buyers or sellers.
  • We do not give legal advice and do not refer you to advocates for a fee. Engage an independent advocate yourself.

3. Accuracy and your own checks

We work to reproduce notices accurately and keep them current, and we show when each listing was last checked. Notices can be wrong, change or be withdrawn. Before you bid, confirm title, dues, encumbrances, possession and dates with the seller's authorised officer. Clasly does not state or imply that any property has clear title.

4. Using Clasly fairly

  • Use Clasly for your own search for property. Do not copy listings in bulk, scrape the site or API, or try to get around limits.
  • Do not use the site to find, profile or contact people named in notices.
  • Keep your account to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else used it.

5. Sources and attribution

Listings belong to their publishers and are shown with attribution. Clasly's own text, maps and design are ours. Map data is from OpenStreetMap contributors; India's boundaries are from Survey of India data.

6. Liability

Clasly is provided as an information service. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from relying on a listing without checking it with the seller, or from any sale, which is between you and the seller.

7. Complaints

Send corrections, objections and takedown requests through the report form, or write to the grievance officer.

8. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may change them; the date above shows the version in effect, and material changes are notified to signed-in users.
