Accessibility
Clasly aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, in light and dark themes, on phones and desktops.
1. What we do
- Every page works with a keyboard alone, starting with a “Skip to main content” link.
- The map has a list beside it of every auction in view, and its groups of auctions are buttons, so nothing on the map is reachable only with a mouse.
- Colours are checked for contrast, and status and location precision are shown with words and shapes as well as colour.
- Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion.
- Automated accessibility checks run on every page in both themes and both languages before each release.
2. Known limits
- The map canvas itself is visual; use the list beside it, or the search page, for the same auctions.
- Notice documents come from the sellers and may not be accessible PDFs.
- The site is in English and Hindi. The privacy notice, terms of use and grievance process are in English until their Hindi translations are approved, and listings show places and sellers as the notice names them.
3. Tell us about a barrier
If something on Clasly does not work for you, contact us or use the report form and choose “Something else”. We reply within the grievance timelines.
